When a delayed reward became a timely reward!

Ironically, Haman’s promotion to a high-ranking position in the Persian Empire was the result of Mordecai’s loyal service.

Esther 2 :v 21 – Ch3:1

Haman devised two wicked plans—one immediate, and one long-term. First, he intended to hang Mordecai on the gallows without delay. Then, he plotted the annihilation of the Jewish people, scheduled to take place a year later. What Haman failed to recognize was the bitter irony: his own rise to power was made possible by Mordecai’s loyal and noble service to the empire.

While many minds are conspiring against Mordecai, something entirely different is unfolding within King Xerxes’ palace. After setting up the gallows, Haman went to the palace to seek the king’s approval to hang Mordecai—but behind the scenes, God was quietly unraveling human schemes.

Chapter 6 V 1 onwards:

Mordecai’s reward may have been delayed, but it came precisely when it was needed most!
